Panthers’ Coach Ron Rivera Unharmed in House Fire

Carolina Panthers’ head coach Ron Rivera and is family are okay after a fire started early Monday morning at his South Charlotte home. Charlotte fire officials say the fire broke out around 4:00 a.m. and it appears to be accidental. Much of the fire damaged the attack and roof of the home. CFD says close to 60 firefighters were able to get the fire under control in about an hour. An official cause has not been established.
